John handled all aspects of the process from initial design and planning approval all the way through to preparation of building contracts, on site project management and final handover. John was engaged to oversee a triplex development in Morley in 2017. This entailed the demolishing of the existing property, the design and drafting of the replacement triplexes. John was involved at every level of this undertaking. From arranging the costings of the new buildings with the building company, liaising with the council to get approval of variation of R codes, the demolition, overseeing the builders and insuring the quality of workmanship, assisting in choices of interior and exterior finishes. When my husband and I decided to build a house, as opposed to buying an existing house, we were overwhelmed by the process and the decisions that needed to be made. From the moment we asked John to design our house, the process became a lot easier for us. John always, without fail, made himself available to us and took on board our ideas and wishes for our house turning them into a reality.
